Cowboy Space Raises $275M Series B to Build Orbital AI Data Centers with NVIDIA Vera Rubin GPUs
Cowboy Space Corporation (formerly Aetherflux), founded by Robinhood co-founder Baiju Bhatt, raised $275M at a $2B valuation to build solar-powered AI data centers in Low Earth Orbit. Each 20,000-25,000 kg satellite will generate 1 MW of power for ~800 GPUs, with the data center built directly into the rocket's second stage. The company is collaborating with NVIDIA to deploy Space-1 Vera Rubin Modules — the first announced deployment of NVIDIA's next-gen GPU architecture in an orbital environment.
