Honeycomb Launches Agent Observability: Agent Timeline, Canvas Agent, and Reusable Skills for Debugging Agentic Workflows in Production

Honeycomb released three agent-native observability features on May 12: Agent Timeline renders multi-agent, multi-trace workflows as a single coherent view connecting every LLM call, tool invocation, and agent handoff in real time. Canvas was rebuilt as a collaborative workspace combining chat, visualization, and autonomous agent capabilities. Canvas Skills encode debugging playbooks (Kafka, framework-specific patterns) as reusable autonomous runbooks. Canvas and Skills are GA for all customers; Agent Timeline is in Early Access with GA expected next month.
