GCWing/BitFun has reached 753 GitHub stars as a Rust-based desktop agent runtime that bundles Code Agent, Cowork Agent, and Computer Use capabilities with built-in memory and personality. The project aims to be a ready-to-use suite of desktop agent applications rather than a framework developers must build on top of. Its approach of shipping complete agent applications (not just an SDK) targets non-developer users who want local agent capabilities without coding.
