Windsurf Ships Devin Cloud, Devin Terminal CLI, and Multi-Repo Automations

Windsurf's May 2026 updates integrate Cognition's Devin agent at three layers: Devin Cloud lets users hand off tasks from a local Cascade session to a cloud VM with one click; Devin Terminal brings a CLI agent included in every self-serve subscription; and Cursor Automations now support multiple attached repos so agents reason across codebases. The update also adds Claude Opus 4.7 fast mode (2.5x output speed) and a new Agent Command Center with task-level Spaces for managing parallel work.
