Claude Code 2.1.160: Security Hardening for Shell Startup Files and Ultracode Keyword Rename
Released June 2, Claude Code 2.1.160 adds mandatory prompts before writing to shell startup files (.zshenv, .zlogin, .bash_login) and ~/.config/git/ to prevent unintended command execution. acceptEdits mode now also prompts before writing build-tool configs that grant code execution (.npmrc, .yarnrc, bunfig.toml, .bazelrc, .pre-commit-config.yaml, .devcontainer/). The dynamic-workflow trigger keyword was renamed from 'workflow' to 'ultracode' — the old word no longer triggers a run, and the keyword is highlighted violet in the prompt input.
