Pattern: Agent-First Infrastructure — Code Hosting and Orchestration Are Being Rebuilt Around Agents, Not Humans
Cursor's Origin (Git hosting designed for agents rather than human reviewers) and AgentsMesh ('run a hundred AI coding agents across your own machines — schedule, isolate, and steer from one console') both reframe core infra around fleets of agents as the primary actor. The assumption is shifting from 'a human commits, an agent assists' to 'agents author and review at scale, humans supervise.' Builders should expect review, branching, and CI primitives to be redesigned for high-volume agent throughput.
