Microsoft's Foundry Agent Service reached GA, shipping private networking for agents operating against internal enterprise data, a Voice Live feature for real-time voice agent applications, and enterprise-grade evaluation frameworks for production agent monitoring. Private networking directly addresses the regulatory and security blocker that has kept many financial and healthcare enterprises from deploying agents against sensitive data. Competes directly with AWS AgentCore Policy (GA'd last week) and Anthropic's Claude API.
