Nasuni Bought DryvIQ to Put Content Classification Under Its File Platform, Its Second Acquisition of 2026

Nasuni announced on August 28 that it is acquiring DryvIQ, adding content-level discovery and classification, sensitivity detection and automated policy-driven governance across more than 40 cloud and on-premises repositories to the Nasuni File Data Platform. Terms were not disclosed. It follows Nasuni's April 2026 purchase of Resilio for file sync and edge acceleration, making this the second time this year the company bought a capability rather than building it.
