DeepMind precomputed molecular predictions for all 9 billion possible single-letter human DNA changes
AlphaGenome Atlas launched September 8 as a 1-petabyte precomputed dataset covering every single-nucleotide change in the human genome, exposed through a no-code web portal at alphagenome.google/atlas. It introduces an AlphaGenome Variant Impact score combining coding and non-coding predictions so researchers can rank variants without assembling the underlying data themselves. DeepMind reports it surfaced 22% more non-coding associations in complex-trait studies covering 54,000+ participants; the blog post gives no API or licensing terms, only the portal.
