Tip: resuming a transcript over 5 MB used to silently drop parallel tool calls and their hook output
2.1.267 fixes reloading a large session so parallel tool calls and hook output survive the resume, and separately fixes resuming after `/compact` or another slash command ran under `-p --resume`, which was inserting a spurious 'Continue from where you left off.' turn. If you run long headless sessions and have seen an agent lose track of work it definitely did, the 5 MB transcript threshold is a concrete thing to check rather than a model-attention problem.
