pixelpact closes the UI loop by extracting a measurable contract from a reference page
jamalkamaladdin/pixelpact (created 2026-09-05, TypeScript, on npm) exists because a coding agent writes CSS and never sees the result, so the loop cannot close without a human opening the page. It reads the reference page and records what actually renders (sizes, colors, spacing, typography, hover and focus states, animation keyframes, design tokens), then checks the implementation against that contract and hands back numbers. Small at 23 stars, but it is the same measurement-not-claims shape as rtk, Girder and declick from the past week.
