qwen-code 0.23.3 can hand a subagent turn to Claude Code over ACP

QwenLM/qwen-code v0.23.3 (2026-09-10) adds delegating a subagent turn to an external agent over the Agent Client Protocol, with Claude Code supported first (#11003). It also adds an OpenAI Responses API content generator, Kimi, Qwen and DeepSeek reasoning presets, and 256 workspaces by default in `serve`. Daemon-managed ACP sessions can now register in the session registry and message each other, so qwen-code is turning into a coordinator for other vendors' agents.
