Activepieces 0.91.0 stops an agent from rewriting itself using a page it just read, and lets a flow step invoke a saved agent

Released 2026-09-14, the agents work in 0.91.0 is mostly containment and observability: the audit log now covers flows and failed actions and an agent cannot rewrite itself from a page it read (#15380), every action an agent ran shows up in the audit log (#15362), and an agent run's logs record which surface started it (#15507). Feature-wise a flow step can now run a saved agent (#14934) and you can configure an agent beside it. Six breaking changes ship in the same release, including rejecting a custom AI provider that could never be called and keeping group-assigned runs on the group queue when no group worker is online.
