An audit of a production agent pipeline found a reported p99 latency of 2,147,483,647 ms, the signed 32-bit maximum, from a lifecycle clamp
A retrospective measurement audit of the Praxa AI pipeline reproduces several cases where a metric is numerically correct but measures a different construct than its label implies. A 139-case offline routing report showed 112 passes and 27 failures with zero gating failures because known gaps were explicitly exempted from the gate; an 8,843-row tool-attempt export had 121 durations equal to INT32_MAX carrying abandoned-client labels, giving a pooled recorded p99 of 2,147,483,647 ms against 38,118 ms among server-observed completed calls. A compaction pilot's headline 94.39% input reduction falls to 46.54% once the trigger call is counted alongside the follow-up, which is the single most transferable check for anyone quoting their own context-compaction savings.
