Salesforce Repackages Sales Cloud Into $195/$395/$550 Core, Advanced and Max Editions With Flex Credits Bundled In
Salesforce's new sales editions list at $195, $395 and $550 per user per month billed annually, with Core including Slack Business+, Tableau Next and 500,000 Flex Credits a year, Advanced adding Security Center, Backup & Recover, Archive and Data Detect at 1 million credits, and Max bundling Agentforce for Sales with 2.75 million credits per org. The Sales Cloud and Service Cloud names return to the price list after a year of Agentforce-first branding. The analyst read is that Salesforce is moving the buyer conversation from how much AI you want to buy toward what environment the org needs, which folds agent consumption into a seat price rather than selling it separately.
