Adecco Rolls Agentforce Coworker Across 40+ Countries After a UK and France Pilot, With Agentic AI Already in 10 Countries Covering Half of Revenue
The Adecco Group announced on September 15 that it will deploy Salesforce's Agentforce Coworker — the Claude-powered AI teammate embedded in the platform — across more than 40 countries after piloting in the UK and France, covering sales, recruitment and candidate engagement. Adecco says it has already deployed agentic AI in recruitment workflows in ten countries representing 50% of group revenues, and CEO Denis Machuel appeared in the Dreamforce keynote alongside the CEOs of Anthropic, NVIDIA and Siemens. This is one of the few agent deployments with a disclosed revenue-weighted footprint rather than a pilot count, in the staffing industry AI is most often predicted to eliminate.
