model-compose applies the docker-compose model to agents, RAG pipelines and MCP servers in one YAML file
hanyeol/model-compose (MIT, Python, 111 stars, created 2025-05-01) defines a whole AI service, agent, retrieval pipeline or MCP server, in a single declarative YAML file explicitly modeled on docker-compose, and was pushed today. At 14 forks and 1 open issue it has almost no traction yet. It is worth noting only because the declarative-single-file framing keeps reappearing in this beat while every actual deployment still ends up as Python, and this is the cleanest statement of the idea currently on the board.
