HubSpot Shifts Breeze Agents to Outcome-Based Pricing — $0.50 Per Resolved Conversation, $1 Per Lead Starting April 14
HubSpot announced on April 2 that its Breeze Customer and Prospecting Agents will transition to outcome-based pricing effective April 14, charging $0.50 per resolved conversation and $1 per lead recommended for outreach. HubSpot CCO Jon Dick stated 'you pay when it works, full stop,' explicitly transferring financial risk from vendor to customer. This follows Intercom, Sierra, Zendesk, and Decagon in abandoning seat-based models — HubSpot is the largest marketing/CRM vendor to make this shift.
