Cursor Raising $2B at $50B Valuation — Hit $2B ARR in Three Years, Projecting $6B by Year-End
Cursor (Anysphere) is in talks to raise $2 billion at a $50 billion pre-money valuation, led by Thrive and Andreessen Horowitz with Battery Ventures new. The AI coding tool's revenue trajectory is historic: $100M ARR (Jan 2025) → $500M (Jun) → $1B (Nov) → $2B (Feb 2026), projecting $6B+ by year-end. At $50B, this represents a 70% valuation jump in under six months from the $29.3B November round, and Cursor is now worth more than most of the SaaS incumbents its users are replacing.
