Starting June 1, 2026, GitHub replaces request-based billing with token-based consumption pricing where cost depends on model and tokens used. Opus 4.7 is being removed from Pro plans (only available in Pro+ at 5X limits). Copilot code review on private repos will start consuming GitHub Actions minutes.
