Deloitte State of AI Enterprise 2026: Transformative Business Impact Doubles to 25%, 84% Increasing AI Investment

Deloitte's 2026 State of AI survey (published April 23) finds 25% of leaders now report AI having a transformative effect on their companies — more than double the 12% from a year ago. 34% of organizations are using AI to deeply transform core processes or business models, while 84% are increasing AI investment. Half of organizations will put more than 50% of their digital transformation budgets toward AI automation, with agentic AI investment reaching 75% of companies. 54% expect to move 40%+ of AI experiments into production within 3-6 months.
