SAP signed a definitive agreement to acquire Prior Labs, the pioneer of Tabular Foundation Models purpose-built for structured data. SAP will invest more than €1B over four years. Prior Labs' TabPFN model series, published in Nature, sets state-of-the-art on tabular benchmarks across hundreds of independent academic studies. Founded by Frank Hutter, Noah Hollmann & Sauraj Gambhir just 18 months ago with a single €9M funding round.
