AMD announced the Instinct MI350P, a dual-slot PCIe 5.0 x16 AI accelerator based on CDNA 4 architecture at TSMC 3nm. The card delivers 4,600 TFLOPS of AI compute with 144GB HBM3E memory, targeting air-cooled enterprise servers for inference and RAG workloads. At 600W (configurable to 450W), systems can run up to 8 cards — this is AMD's first PCIe-based Instinct in four years, directly targeting the on-premises AI inference market that NVIDIA dominates.
