Unbounded memory degrades agents through noise, retrieval latency, and stale-fact interference. YourMemory prunes stale memories every 24 hours, sets per-memory decay rates by importance score, deduplicates subject-aware to replace outdated facts, and keeps a decayed memory alive only if a graph neighbor stays above threshold. Result: +16pp recall over Mem0 on LoCoMo. Treat memory as a pruning problem. Source: GitHub / YourMemory

MemPalace (57,821 stars, v3.6.0) reports 96.6% raw recall@5 on LongMemEval with no LLM required, 98.4% with hybrid v4 on a held-out 450 questions, LoCoMo R@10 rising 60.3% → 88.9%, ConvoMem 92.9%, MemBench 80.3%, while explicitly refusing head-to-head comparison against Mem0,...
Memori turns agent execution traces into structured persistent state, outperforming Zep, LangMem, and Mem0 on the LoCoMo benchmark while reducing prompt size by 67% vs Zep. Python and TypeScript SDKs. If you're building agents that need memory, benchmark this against whatever...
I check Product Hunt maybe once a week and usually regret it. Today's board is worth reading as market structure. The July 30 leaderboard: SKI at 277 upvotes (free voice input for Claude Code and Codex). AI Search Console at 249 (prompt analytics and citation mapping). Memmy A...
arXiv 2608.11879 benchmarked Mem0, Hindsight and Mastra Observational Memory across conversations up to 400 turns and 665 LoCoMo questions. Cost models built on conversation length miss badly because internal memory behavior dominates. Break-even against just replaying the ful...
27,552 stars. Memories, resources and skills stored as a virtual filesystem under a viking:// protocol that agents navigate with ls, tree and find instead of querying an opaque vector store, preserving each query's directory-browsing trajectory for debugging. Three tiers loade...
MemPalace bills itself as "the best-benchmarked open-source AI memory system," and at 57,551 stars it's a leading local-first memory layer. Its headline 100% LoCoMo score across all five question types was achieved at top_k=50, which effectively retrieves the entire corpus, me...
