Launched in beta August 5 for Claude Enterprise, routing each prompt and tool-call response over a signed WebSocket to the customer's own security server. Covers Claude chat, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and tool calls through MCP connectors, skills and plugins, with named integrations for Netskope, Palo Alto, Proofpoint and Zscaler, plus shadow mode and percentage rollouts. The limitation matters: verdicts are binary. The server can block a prompt but can't redact or rewrite it, so redaction logic stays client-side.

A spec is a press release until someone who didn't write it implements it. GitHub made Agent Plugins 1.0 generally available on August 12 across VS Code, Copilot CLI, the Copilot SDK, and the Copilot app on all plans. The spec, published August 6, was co-authored by AWS, Anysp...
Marc Benioff said "the UI is the AI" out loud, on the record, about his own product. Then Salesforce released the thing that makes it true. Claudeforce went live for pilot customers on August 26. The centerpiece is "Salesforce in Claude," a Claude Cowork plugin carrying 37 pre...
The help-center doc confirms models launching on or after August 2, 2026 weave an imperceptible watermark into generated text plus C2PA-signed provenance metadata on image files. Model-level means it's present across the API, Claude, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and through AWS...
If you're on Pro, Max, or Team, the permission prompt you've been hitting Enter on for a year goes away Friday. Anthropic confirmed auto mode becomes the default, replacing per-call approval with a classifier that inspects each tool call for irreversible, destructive, or out-o...
