Beyond the stagger flag: /commit-push-pr no longer auto-approves git commands carrying --force, --amend, or --no-verify. MCP OAuth got fixed twice in a row (127.0.0.1 instead of localhost for strict auth servers, then pre-registered client redirect mismatches, naming Slack).
